PAYMENT POLICY

Payment Policy
Payment Processing: We use Cashfree as our payment gateway to securely process all transactions. Payments are encrypted and comply with industry security standards.
Accepted Payment Methods: We accept payments via Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, Wallets, and other supported payment methods.
Payment Confirmation: Upon successful payment, users will receive a confirmation via email, SMS, or in-app notification.
Failed Transactions: If a payment fails but the amount is deducted from your account, the bank will automatically refund it within 5-7 working days.

REFUND POLICY

Refund Eligibility
If the payment is deducted but the transaction is not successfully completed due to a system error on our end, a full refund will be processed.
Refund Process
Users must contact our customer support team with relevant payment details (Transaction ID, Payment Method, and Date of Payment). Upon verification, the refund will be initiated within 5-7 business days and credited back to the original payment method.
Non-Refundable Cases
Voluntary Cancellations: Once a transaction is completed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
Incorrect Information Provided: We are not responsible for errors due to incorrect details entered by the user.
Third-Party Failures: If payment issues arise due to bank errors, network failures, or third-party service interruptions, users must contact their respective payment provider.

USER GENERATED CONTENT

Objectionable Content: App should not contain that is offensive, intensive, upsetting, intended to disgust. Examples of such content include:

Mean spirited content, including references or commentary about religion, race, sexual orientation, gender or other targeted groups.
Realistic portrayals of people or animals being killed, tortured or abused, or content that encourages violence.
Overtly sexual or pornographic material, defined by Webster’s Dictionary as “explicit descriptions or displays of sexual organs or activities intended to stimulate erotic rather than aesthetic or emotional feelings.”
Inflammatory religious commentary or inaccurate or misleading quotations of religious texts.
False information and features, including inaccurate device data or trick/joke functionality, such as fake location trackers. Stating that the app is “for entertainment purpose” won’t overcome this guideline.

If any of our users report your content to be against the points mentioned above, we may remove such content from our Platform. In the event that multiple reports are made regarding violation of the Mera Pariwar App Use, we may be compelled to terminate your account with us and block you from registering with us. USER DATA DELETION

We respect your privacy and provide you full control over your personal data. If you wish to delete your account or specific personal information, you can do so from within the app. Go to Settings > Delete Account, then select the types of data you want to delete (such as your profile, activity history, or saved preferences), and tap Delete. Once confirmed, the selected data will be permanently removed from our servers and cannot be recovered.
